Supply and stock control system
Automated tracking of orders, deliveries and realizations by suppliers and facilities.
System overview
In most companies, logistics data exists in different systems:
procurement, warehouse, suppliers, invoices and Excel spreadsheets.
The problem arises when:
orders are late,
deliveries do not match the plan,
the stocks are not correct,
and the management does not have a clear insight into the situation.
The goal of this project was to build a central system that connects the entire supply flow — from the order to the implementation in the facilities.
Why it matters
Without a single system for logistics:
supplies are unreliable,
orders are tracked manually,
errors are discovered late,
money is trapped in goods.
This system allows:
accurate inventory overview by facilities,
order fulfillment control,
supplier tracking,
and optimization of the flow of goods.
Our approach
How we approached the problem
The project was started by mapping the complete logistics process:
- how an order is created,
- how the delivery is recorded,
- how goods enter the warehouse,
- and how it is distributed across facilities.
Based on that, the central system was designed.
Key system components:
- Record of orders by suppliers
- Monitoring of deliveries and implementation
- Inventory overview by facility
- Analysis of delays and deviations
- Control of incoming and outgoing goods
- Operational and managerial reports

After implementing the system:
The supplies are reliable and up-to-date.

Suppliers are evaluated based on data
Excess goods and loss of money were reduced
